Would you accept a statewide or city ordinance ban on "sagging" your pants?

I would support a ban and would also include heavy fines on the parents who let their kids walk around town looking like idiots who cant figure out how to on or zip up their pants or wear a belt. Sad part is all of those who think this looks "cool" then take some pictures and in ten or fifteen years drag them out so you can remind yourself of how idiotic you looked, in public.
