I am trying to delete one file which i suspect is a trojan. But i cant delelt that file, please help me..?

My antivirus showing it as a trojan, but it cant quarantine or delete that file. Its showing access denied. When i am trying to delete that file after logging in safemode with command prompt, i am getting an error message as "The file name, directory name, or volume label syntax is in correct" When i tried to rename that file i got the error message as "The system cannot find the file specified". Please help me to delete this file. The file name is con.lhx
