95 Dodge with a mins Diesel engine has a miss, any suggestions?

I have never replaced any engine parts and the engine has 200,000 miles on it. I have only relaplaced all the filters and oil. I use a fuel additive every 3rd tank of fuel. Someone said I may need to change my injectors.
