Are there any really good Motion detection security camera's?

Today, its not the security camera that has a motion sensor but the DVR. Basically, you run your security camera and set your DVR to automatically begin recording when it notices pixel change. You can then set a time limit after pixel change has stopped for the DVR to stop recording. So, lets say someone walks into your home. The DVR will begin recording the feed. Then, the person leaves two minutes later. You set your stop to 30 sec. So, 30 sec. after the person leaves and pixel changes have stopped, the DVR will stop recording.
