Why doesn't Al Davis fire tom cable already?

WTH is he waiting on..... Jamarcus Russell was a bust like kiffin said and cable proved him right by benching him for bruce. It's like Al Said last year when he fired lane "You didn't wanna draft Russell cause he was a great QB" or some mess like that xD lolz but anyways does it take 50 years to review cable's job stats or something.....
