Told Him I Was A Virgin?

I Told This Guy that i am a virgin and he seemed real interested in my thoughts like do i think about , am i ready like if i met the person now would i be ready, it has to be with someone i trust(duh lol) like he was real active/ we talked about it. and then he said he'd be happy for me when i do it. (idk what that means, and why he's be happy) but i havent heard frm him all week. i was wondering if he got scared or something. we did plan a date but i nvr got in contact with him and vice versa. he was real interested in my company. any ideas on his thoughts?
