I have blurry vision while wearing my RGP (hard) contact lenses?

so during the day i have blurry vision. the only time i can make it go away is when i use my eye drops for dry eyes, but the crystal clear vision lasts only a few minutes. please dont say my contacts arent fitted right; the doctor made extra sure they were and they are my prescription. the doctor also said i have really dry eyes, so he gave me this genteal pm ointment thing to use at night (its basically lubricant for your eyes so they can produce more tears) im using hydrogen peroxide every night to clean them. can someone tell me the problem and how to solve this
