Not Producing Pre or Semen?

I'm 19 and I recently tested positive for a UTI, before I tested positive for it I could *** just fine and before any of you suggest it's an STD I did test positive for chlamydia the first month of this year but after I received treatment I haven't been ually active since, please tell me what to do I have a weird burning sensation in my left testicle it's not painfull per-say the best I could describe it would be like having a small amount of icy hot on your sack. Anyways, I've been constantly worried about this for a few days now and I've searched google every way possible and I couldn't find any answers. This problem makes me feel obsolete and unmanly please help me.
