Is David Bowie still producing music?

I met his wife while I was doing an internship and man is she a "head turner." If I was him I wouldn't mind staying home with her. He is also a father -- anyways, you are just in time because Bowie is supposed to be a part of a new album this year. Titled "Anywhere I lay my head," it's not an original work but cover songs and they are sung by actress Scarlett Johanssen. He is producing and singing backing tracks on some. No word on whether he is working on his own material.
