Hes three years older...?

I like a guy that goes to my school..the problem..hes three years older than me im always looking at him and i think he might of noticed i try to get the courage to smile when im looking at him but it just doesnt come up on my face..and my friend can be really annoying whenever she sees him she squels and to make it worse she catches his bus home and is always going aaw "name" touched me or i saw "name" and she is always going ooh look hes coming or did you see that he was right there..it annoys the *** out of me and whenever she sees him look at me she says "i hate you right now" and she is really clingy but is it alright for me to like him and how should i deal wih my annoying friend
