if i do jump sqaut, calf rasies deep knee bend and touch the net as high as i can, box jumping, one legged hop, pushup, situp, lift weitght. . will i be a good dunker if i keep doing these exerisce. im 5'8 and 13 right now and i can get middle of the net right now. of a ten feet rim. this is he 2 straight time i ask this, because no one gave me good answers before.
