Why cant I Join a chat room??

when i log on to yahoo I can send and recieve messages but when i try to join a chat room from my messenger a screen pops up with a person named Messenger Chat and the message i am getting is "To help prevent spam and bots from disrupting your yahoo chat experience please click here to verify you account {this link will open a new browser window this step is required b 4 you can begin chatting http://captcha.chat.yahoo.com/go/captchat/? so i am wondering why i cant click that link plz help me out someone
