Major sibling problem with extremely harsh verbal attacks?

I have a serious problem with my adult sibling routinely resorting to personal attacks and verbal abuse whenever she gets the slightest bit angry at me, and have no clue what to about it. For example, just this morning I was called "you b*st*rd loser p*ssy f*gg*t" by her. Other family members are always partial to her over me, regardless of how outrageous she gets, and will automatically take her side over mine, encouraging her to keep up the verbal attacks. What should I do? I have literally no clue what to do about it -- if I stand up for myself, she will only escalate the verbal attacks more harshly?
