If cars in Boston cause droughts in Kenya, how much more driving will cause Lake Naivasha to dry up?

You got me pulling hairs on this one. I would think just the opposite. Africa is the hotspot/fire hub of the globe. If I remember correctly NASA implemented the LARC (sp)? program for that purpose.
