How to take out a premolar or tooth without hurting it?

Hi everyone! i have a premolar that is pretty loose. in the back of it, the tooth is kind of decayed, so when i touch the back of my tooth, it has that ticklish feeling and sometimes it hurts when i wiggle it too hard. is there any way i can take it out fast and simply without hurting? remember, i want it to be EASY AND NOT HURTING! im only 12 so let me know if you can solve this.
