How can i get super fit in 2 weeks?

ok so i was sick for months i am only allowed exercise again since yesterday but i have huge bball finals soon so i need to get very very fit in 2 weeks? i dont care if i have to run 12 hours a day every day im doing whatever it takes! does anyone have a crazy fitness plan i can follow?
