Free Pop up blocker Program?

ello, i am getting this pop up called Dcards for some reason evytime i go on the internet i dont get any pop ups at all apart from this Dcards one, it gets on my nervs so much, there isnt any other pop up that come sup, just the Dcards one, anyway is there a free pop up blocker program that i can download 2 get rid of it, or if anyone has a torrent link with a crack or somthing to download, i can do that 2
