BAD SAT II Subject Test score on Biology.. Will it hurt my chances of college admission?

I'm a sopre and I, being an idiot and listening to my teacher who thought I was "ready," took the SAT II for Biology because I thought I was pretty well in Biology-- turns out I wasn't. I was pretty sick that day so I got a .... brace yourselves .... 560 =( It makes me feel like **** because I know I could have probably done much better. My dream school is Binghamton SUNY. I'm co-caption of my Swimming team as a Sopre, I did SING! [after-school thing, like a performance, New Yorkers would know] and next year I will be Overall Director. I was in Student Government as a Freshmen. I was in my Honor Academy Student Council as a freshman and I am treasurer this year. I'm on the Volleyball team. I have an aculative average of 99.18 weighted(hoping to get it up to at LEAST a 102) and I'm ranked number 4 of my cl, so far... =) Next year I will be taking AP US History, AP English, and AP Spanish. But yea, I'm just worried that the SAT II will mess up my chances! Please? PS I wanna go to the medical field because despite my contemptible grade, I LOVE BIOLOGY/SCIENCE, I'm taking Chemistry now and received a 99 and 97 for my first term =)
